Illusional prcrastination

How does illusional procrastination occur? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cHCve8nM0zk When we start it form the definition of procrastination which is "enlarging the distance to your core self" you will recognize that in our lives there are some patterns where we have to procrastinate in a certain situation. For example, there is a person you have an argument with or you cannot stand that person simply. So what you do is telling lies and pretending you like that person or at least tolerate him or her. At this moment what you do is procrastinating towards telling the truth. Which we can put into "illusional procrastination", as this lie is there to avoid conflict and saving time to going back on track to the true-self part. Doing so we might feel guilty in a way…

What personal development books have Alex Spaet read and is currently reading? Everything has started somewhere where I needed some motivation so you searched in the youtube browser for motivational speakers and found "Simon Sinek". His concept of the "why" has fascinated me, and I was drawn into his speeches during that I played WOW in the background. You must know when I got back to Germany form Tokyo, I felt really bad It was for me like "the end of my life" maybe at some point I wanted also to commit suicide, but I was in a really dark place. So one day when I just fed up I YouTubed him and watched him for weeks. In one of his speeches, he said something like that he has books…

Triggers for Procrastination – Focus on Good Realtionship

https://youtu.be/TZHzSjxe8gM how to find patterns and occasions of procrastination Procrastination, just the word make shiver people surround me or make them feel disgusted. Those people often do not understand that with that kind of action they are showcasing their weaknesses more then they are vulnerable. Why? you might ask. Those feeling and those small patterns especially towards showcasing something we dislike is easier to understand because it triggers thorough or subconscious mind or limbic system. Because our brain is designed to protect us, we react twice as fast towards what we hate rather than what we like or admire. That is also the reason why we often do not know what we want. Because the limbic system and not our rational "neocortex" is responsible for decisions we often have "no…

Procrastination is not your enimy

https://youtu.be/PVBc60qy6Go Who is then? If you want the short answer than I can just tell it is "your habitual approach" Procrastination or not everything we do on "autopilot mode" is deterred by our habits. Like everything in our character or habitual patterns, we can change them by diving deep into using the "chained why question". In other words, we are always responsible for our thoughts and action. However, so many people do not want to see the responsibility purposely or even because of the unconscious ignorance which is ruling there days. If I would ask you personally to go out for a coffee for tomorrow. Many people would say "no" straight away. Why? Because has been established as a norm to be "busy" . Why you might ask. Well it…

perception of procrastination

how people around me perceive this topic When I speak about procrastination in the public. The most people are "surface orientated" therefore they are just seeing the "negative connotation" inside of this term. Most people do not understand that they are missing out opportunities because of it. And when I do talk about it openly and vulnerable, people tent to thinking that I might be stupid. Simply because the rule of being "productive all the time" (even if you not) has been molten into our subconscious mind. Therefore everytime when people hear that term even when they do it, they are too ashamed of talking about it in honesty. By the way. When they are doing so, they are putting themselves inside a "prison of social perception" which is nothing but…

procrasatination leads to improvement?

https://youtu.be/ol9UCsBXXvo How approaching procrastination does lead to improvement. In the journey of "tackling" the procrastination habits we often use is to dig deep inside of ourselves. Doing so we are approaching it from different angles and reshaping our relationship with it by applying new patterns in our life. Because we do dig inside of us and go far beyond or rational consciousness, we rediscover our thoughts, our habits, our strenghts and our weaknesses within us. The more habitual this "self-discoveries" are, the more and the better we get the impression and knowledge of our "inner world" and the purpose and the operating system of our "core self". General speaking it is always an 3 step interaction with it. The consciousness, the discovery of different patterns and triggers and the reshaping…

Leverageing Procrastination

https://youtu.be/ubK1pqaMKhg Is procrastination leverage able? Looking in to the wide world procrastination has a bad connotation. Not many people are talking about because for the most of us is an issue of shame. Many of us believe that when you procrastinate you are showcasing your weaknesses. And If you vulnerable about it, you do even shooting yourself a goal, which can be self destructive. However, if you look on the 10% of human kind "who has the power". Do they really escape procrastination or are not vulnerable about it. Hell they are not. But the difference is they simply do not talk about it publicly. Look at the highest achiever in our time Elon Musk. Do you really can say that he does not procrastinate at all? He maybe does…

Getting into the state= killing procrastination?

https://youtu.be/V_yQvQ-AfEk building the connection with your "future self" In my last blog posts I often talked about the how Important it is to "get it not the state" . However I have never shared the exact technique behind it, which I got form one of my mentors. So If you want to go into the state there are several things you have to take into consideration. First: Do it in a situation where nobody can interrupt you. Second: play "fall out " (not the game) but go "all in" because remember: how you do anything is how you do everything. 3rd: during the whole process keep your eyes closed. And after the breaving exercise there is a visualization where you also keep your eyes closed till the end of the…

https://youtu.be/ybmVAQeLpIY How to determine if your sickness equals it or not Recently I got a virus. When I asked my doctor what kind of, turned out to be an epidemic decease here in Germany. So I got currently an "Certificate of disability" for several days.
